Post Malone has stuck to releasing singles after Beerbongs & Bentleys, including “Sunflower,” “Wow,” and most recently, “Goodbyes” featuring Young Thug. He has yet to announce a proper follow-up to B&B, but during a recent show in Wyoming, he hinted that it’s dropping sooner than fans may think.
“I have some pretty fuckin’ awesome news, and the reason my voice is kinda fucked is because I was in the studio for the last three days and we just finished up the new album, and I think it’s gonna be pretty goddamn out of sight,” he revealed to his fans between songs.
He didn’t offer up much more information, but it’s clear that he’s gearing up to drop something soon.
“Goodbyes,” which dropped earlier this month, peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. There is a possibility that something could arrive before Posty’s Runaway Tour, which kicks off Sept. 14 and will run through to Nov. 20.
