Comethazine didn’t waste any time.
Less than four months after releasing Bawskee, the Alamo Records artist returns with the first single off the project’s follow-up, Bawskee 2. The new record is named after NBA All-Star DeMar Derozan, and includes shoutouts to Kobe Bryant as well as coveted brands like Supreme and Off-White.
In conjunction with the release, Comethazine has shared the song’s official music video, in which he’s seen cruising the streets of NYC along with his crew. Check out the visual above.
“Since I signed with Todd Moscowitz I been balling like DeMar DeRozan, being that in my eyes DeMar the greatest in the league right now. Just like me in this rap shit,” Comethazine told Complex.
Bawskee 2 will arrive on Jan. 11, and will be accompanied by a nationwide tour. The 22-date trek will kick off in January, and will include appearances by Lil Gnar, JayDaYoungan, and Comethazine’s labelmate TNT Tez.
Fans can also catch the rapper on select dates for ASAP Rocky’s upcoming Injured Generation Tour.
