Premiere: Teezee & Knucks Take Us To Ghana For “Do Me Jeje” Video

It’s been just over a month since Nigerian Alté star TeeZee dropped off his latest EP Arrested By Love, and it’s still on heavy rotation for a lot of us. Today he brings us fresh visuals for the album’s latest extract, “Do Me Jeje”, a collaboration with West London rhymer Knucks.
Directed by TeeZee’s long-time collaborator Yaw Phanta, the video takes us to Ghana, another home away from home for the Alté ambassador. As bright and colourful as the track itself, Tee and Knucks look to Nollywood’s larger-than-life vibrancy for inspiration, skipping between the club and the beach for three minutes of pure, escapist joy.
TeeZee has spent pretty much his entire life hopping between London and Lagos, so it’s no surprise the EP’s tracklist reflected that duality. From the UK contingent he drafted in BackRoad Gee, Pa Salieu, Lancey Foux, and Midas The Jagaban, and from Nigeria he called on Davido, Deto Black, Prettyboy D-O, and Teni, with a bonus feature from Ghana’s Kofi Mole to complete the team.
Take in the new visuals at the top and then make sure you listen to Arrested By Love below.
