President Biden’s Dog Major Bites Another Person at White House

Written by on March 31, 2021

President Joe Biden’s dog, Major, has been on quite a tear lately leading to a few biting incidents.

On Tuesday, a White House spokesperson confirmed to TMZ that Major bit someone while he was out on a walk.

“Major is still adjusting to his new surroundings and he nipped someone while on a walk,” the spokesperson explained. “Out of an abundance of caution, the individual was seen by [White House Medical Unit] and then returned to work without injury.”

This isn’t the first time Major has “nipped” someone. Earlier this month, CNN reported that Major had bitten an unidentified White House security employee. Major bit the agent’s hand, and unlike the latest incident, the employee didn’t require medical attention.

Initially, it was reported that both Major and the Biden’s other German Shepard, Champ, were returned to the family home in Delaware following the incident and other “aggressive behavior.” Yet, First Lady Jill Biden’s spokesman Michael LaRosa clarified the pets’ departure.

“With the First Lady traveling for three days, Champ and Major went to Delaware to stay with family friends,” LaRosa said before it was confirmed that they would return to the White House.
