Reebok and ‘National Geographic’ Are Releasing a Collaborative Collection

Reebok is gearing up to release its next collaboration with National Geographic.
The National Geographic x Reebok collection features seven different shoes priced from $80 to $90: Club C, Club C Revenge Legacy, Classic Leather Legacy AZ, and two colorways of the Floatride Energy 3 Adventure and Nano X1 Adventure. The entire collection is both inspired by colors found in nature and influenced by the monthly magazine’s outdoor themes. Some of the shoes are also evocative of particular places with the Nano X1 Adventure referencing Mombo, Northern Botswana, and the Club C Revenge Legacy referencing Mayan jungles.
Each shoe also includes a QR code on the tongue where fans can find content accompanying the design, like 360-degree videos—and the kid’s versions have facts printed on the inside of the tongue.
Reebok has been venturing into a number of new collaborations lately. This year, the sporting goods company brought back the Human Rights Now! concept with a shoe and apparel collection that included the Classic Leather and Club C, a $270,000 donation to the nonprofit RISE, and restoration of the Reebok Human Rights Award Program, which praises young human rights activists.
They also teamed up with Cardi B for the “Let Me Be…In My World” collection, which featured four new Cardi B Classic Leather styles in four colorways: green, red, pink, and white.
The entire National Geographic x Reebok collection arrives on Sept. 15 exclusively for Reebok Unlocked members and then a general launch on Sept. 23.
