‘Sonic the Hedgehog’ Director Promises Design Changes Amid Criticism

The premiere of the first full-length trailer for Sonic the Hedgehog was met with plenty of questions from the Internet.
While most still remain up in the air, the film’s director Jeff Fowler has addressed one particular concern regarding Sonic’s design, vowing that changes will be made by the time the film is released.
With Sonic slated for a November 8 release, Fowler is giving his team only six months to fix the look of Sonic while also making adjustments elsewhere. Good luck!
The main takeaway from the criticisms about Sonic’s design is that the movie’s take on the character doesn’t have the exaggerated features—eyes, legs—that we have seen in the video game version.
Oh, and for the love of God, get rid of his human teeth.
Hey, at least Jim Carrey’s portrayal of Robotnik is being positively received.
