Staple x Nike SB Dunk Low ‘Pigeon 3’ Teaser Image

Nike SB Dunk hype was back in a big way at ComplexCon, including a notable sample spotted on the floor being worn by Jeff Staple.
The designer behind the iconic “Pigeon” SB Dunk release from 2005 was seen walking around the event in a rumored third installment to the “Pigeon” series with Nike. This pair sports a black-and-white upper, white Swoosh, green hits on the tongue and heel, and what appears to be a marbled outsole. Of course, his pigeon logo is stitched on the lateral heel to complete the design.
Staple’s last effort, the “Black Pigeon,” dropped back in 2017 to significant fanfare. A very similar pair to this latest version was originally shown off by Staple this past February on Twitter sans the green accents. The sample was said to be scrapped because it resembled a panda more than a pigeon.
Stay tuned as more information becomes available regarding the next potential Staple x Nike SB project.
