Stream PARTYNEXTDOOR’s New Track “Her Old Friends”

It’s a good week for PARTYNEXTDOOR fans.
At midnight Friday, the 29-year-old singer-songwriter came through with “Her Old Friends,” marking his first proper solo record in nearly two years. Though he didn’t confirm the song’s release until Thursday afternoon, many suspected PND had new music on the way. The speculation was sparked by an OVO Sound social media post that teased a 2023 release from PARTYNEXTDOOR; those rumors were fueled shortly after, when he decided to wipe his Instagram account completely clean—a move that often signals an artist’s new era.
“Her Old Friends” comes less than a month after PARTYNEXTDOOR teamed up with Diddy on “Sex in the Porsche,” which will appear on the Bad Boy founder’s upcoming project.
PND has not released a studio album since 2020’s Partymobile, which boasted guest appearances by Drake, Bad Bunny, and Rihanna. The artist has been teasing its follow-up for more than a year, suggesting it could serve as his swan song.
“1 more album left then I’ma tell y’all what it’s like,” he wrote in a quickly deleted tweet.
PARTYNEXTDOOR has not confirmed whether “Her Old Friends” is a standalone joint or part of a full-length effort. While we wait for more details about his next moves, you can stream the song now via Spotify and Apple Music below.
