The North Face’s New ‘Low-Fi H-Tek’ Lifestyle Collection Looks To The Past

The North Face has officially unveiled the lookbook for its first lifestyle collection of the year. Drawing on the brand’s archives, the Low-Fi Hi-Tek capsule comprises a fresh take on throwback silhouettes reimagined for this season.
Designed to commemorate the design principles that were pioneered by American architect Buckminster Fuller, and later adapted by the brand in the ‘70s, each piece from the lineage has been specifically chosen for its ability to champion over half a decade of innovation through a modern lens.
Featuring neutral earth tones with vibrant pops of colour inspired by the original Oval InTENTion—the first geodesic tent in history—highlights from the range include the women’s Mountain Short Jacket, heatproof Windjammer in “Utility Brown/Sonic Blue” and Pole Sleeve Oval Tent Graphic Tee.
