Trippie Redd Has Reportedly Quit Travis Scott’s ASTROWORLD Tour

Trippie Redd has reportedly pulled out of the ASTROWORLD Tour.
Sources tell TMZ that the Ohio rapper, who served as Travis Scott’s opening act, has decided to jump ship just weeks after the trek kicked off. The reason behind the move? Insiders claim Trippie had become increasingly frustrated over “production issues and interrupted set times.” The rapper reportedly believes the crew takes too long assembling Scott’s elaborate stage design, and that the setup cuts into his performance time.
“It’s just not worth touring to only perform a couple songs,” TMZ reports.
Though Trippie will not perform for the remaining 10 shows, sources said there is no bad blood between him and Scott; in fact, the ASTROWORLD rapper is said to have also expressed his frustration with the delays.
The ASTROWORLD Tour will continue tonight in Chicago.
Complex has reached out to Trippie’s representatives for comment.
