Trophy Room x Air Jordan 5 TR JSP CI1899-007 CI1899-107 Release Date

The news of Gucci-esque Air Jordan 4s for next spring isn’t the only 2019 Jordan leak to surface today.

According to @soleheatonfeet, Marcus Jordan’s store Trophy Room will get a new retro collab, this time on the Air Jordan 5. The collaboration is said to include two metallic gold-accented colorways in both black and white.

UPDATE (05/14): Trophy Room has officially announced the release date of its upcoming Air Jordan 5 collaboration via Instagram. The latest round of images gives a look at premium details like a cork insole and dust bags, as well as special co-branded packaging. The “Ice Blue” colorway will be releasing on a first come, first served basis on Saturday, May 18 at the boutique’s Celine Orlando pop-up event. The pair will also launch on trophyroomstore.com at 10 a.m. ET the same day.

UPDATE (05/13): Battle rapper and television personality Conceited is the latest person to show off his Trophy Room x Air Jordan 5s. He recently took to Instagram to give a detailed look at the friends and family “University Red” colorway. The latest images show off mismatched branding on the upcoming collab. The left shoe features a “5” and Trophy Room logo embroidered on the heel, while the right foot opts to showcase OG “23” and “Nike Air” branding. 

UPDATE (05/02): Marcus Jordan sent pairs of the upcoming Trophy Room x Air Jordan 5 to Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club morning show. According to co-host Angela Yee, the collab is slated to drop on May 18. 7,000 pairs of the blue pair will be released, while the red pair will get a much more limited run of only 223 pairs for friends and family only.

UPDATE (04/27): In a not-so-shocking development, Houston Rockets forward P.J. Tucker has debuted both colorways of the Trophy Room x Air Jordan 5 ahead of the the team’s Western Conference Semifinals matchup against the Golden State Warriors. According to sources, the red-based pair will be limited to friends & family.

UPDATE (04/25): A first look at the Trophy Room x Air Jordan 5 JSP has surfaced, courtesy of @zsneakerheadz on Instagram. The pair features an Ice Blue suede upper with red and sail detailing. Marcus Jordan’s number “5” replaces the “23” usually stitched on the lateral heel Michael Jordan’s fifth signature model. An exact release date still has yet to be announced, but the drop is rumored for Spring 2019.

UPDATE (12/1): Thanks to @py_rates on Twitter, new information surrounding the rumored Trophy Room x Air Jordan 5 release has surfaced including a mock-up of a retail version and a “Friends & Family” exclusive dressed in “Ice Blue/Sail/Metallic Gold/ University Red and “University Red/Ice Blue/Sail/University Red” respectively. The pairs are still rumored to release sometime in Spring of 2019. 

UPDATE (11/6): Shortly after yesterday’s leaked info surfaced, Marcus Jordan took to Twitter to address the collab rumors. According to his tweet, the info is inaccurate, but there could very well still be something on the way from Trophy Room and Jordan Brand.
