Trump Says ‘Radical Left’ Is ‘Racist in the Truest Sense of the Word’

Donald Trump says the term “racist” has lost its political bite.
The former president explained his position in the latest episode of the Full Send Podcast, when he was asked to share his reaction to being called “racist.”
“It used to be a terrible reaction, but now it’s—everyone is called a racist today,” he told the Nelk Boys during a sit-down at Mar-a-Lago, at the 35:14 mark. “Anybody that’s an enemy of the other side—people that are the exact opposite of racist—are called racist. It’s a very hurtful word, but it’s lost a lot of its meaning because everybody is being called a racist today by the radical left. When actually, they’re the racist. They’re really the racist in the truest sense of the word.”
He continued: “They call Joe Rogan, they call anybody they disagree with a racist. So it tends to lose its meaning. And the people get it.”
Trump was also asked if he intends to run for president in 2024, as he’s suggested so many times. The Republican leader refused to give a direct answer, but insisted that many people will be pleased with his decision.
“The campaign finance laws don’t really allow you to discuss that, unless you’re going to literally go through a different process,” he said at the 22:30 mark. “You guys might be really happy, but think a lot of people are gonna be very happy. I have so many people wanting me to do it. I think really that a lot of people are gonna very happy. They are very unhappy right now.”
Trump went on to highlight some of the biggest issues facing Americans today, most notably the rising gas prices and the escalating violence between Russia and Ukraine. He claimed Russian President Vladimir Putin would’ve never invaded its neighboring country if he was still in the White House, and warned that a nuclear war is very possible under the current administration.
“You should be scared because we have incompetent people heading up our country,” he said, before reiterating his baseless claims about a stolen election. “[People] who, frankly, got there through a fraudulent election. I think it’s serious.”
Trump also slammed President Joe Biden for looking “weak” to the rest of the world, and claimed the withdrawal from Afghanistan was one of the main reasons why so many other countries lost their respect for the U.S.
“I saw Biden the other day saying, ‘We don’t want to fight Russia, they’re a nuclear power …’ And I’m saying to myself, it’s such a signal of weakness,” he said. “Now, is it correct? Yes, they are a nuclear power, but so are we […] We look incompetent. It’s a sad day for our military, and it’s a sad day for our country. And yes, you do have a chance at World World III, because our country is not respected any longer … It starts with the president. You have to have a president that commands respect.”
