Written by on January 5, 2022

U.S. Marshals have identified 23-year-old Justin Johnson as the suspect wanted in connection to the murder of Young Dolph last year.

A warrant has been issued by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for Johnson on a first-degree murder charge. According to FOX13 Memphis, TBI, along with the U.S. Marshals and Memphis Police, are offering a combined award of $15,000 for information that will lead to his arrest.

Johnson has also been reportedly added to the TBI’s “Most Wanted” list.

Dolph was shot and killed at Makeda’s Homemade Butter Cookies in Memphis this past November. Maurice Hill, owner of the bakery, told Fox 13 that “his employees said Young Dolph walked into the store to buy cookies. Someone then drove up and then shot and killed him.”

Dolph was pronounced dead at the scene. He was 36.
