Woman Sues School District After Ban From Volunteering Over OnlyFans

Written by on January 30, 2023

A woman is suing a school district in Florida after she says she was barred from participating in volunteer activities, including with her own children, due to her presence on the OnlyFans platform.

Victoria Triece, per a local report from WKMG-TV, has two children who are students at an elementary school in the Orange County Public Schools district. The 31-year-old recently addressed reporters alongside her lawyers, saying that school officials had distributed images of her both internally and “to media” amid the ongoing controversy.

“I was a little bit in shock, honestly,” Triece said, as seen in the video above. “You’re already in this situation that’s not fair to begin with and then—there you go—there’s emails of your images being sent out not only [to] each other but also to media.”

In October 2021, per legal documents from the case in question, Triece was “instructed by the principal” at her children’s school that she could “no longer be around children on school grounds,” with these instructions being cited as having originated from the Orange County Public School Board.

According to Business Insider, Triece’s complaint sees her asking for damages in excess of $50,000, as well as a jury trial. As lawyer Mark NeJame explained during the aforementioned presser, “nobody knew about” his client’s OnlyFans OnlyFans activity “until the school opted to out her.” NeJame also pointed out that the OnlyFans account in question is private and restricted only to consenting adults who paid for the content.

John Zielinski, another lawyer representing Triece, also alleged that school officials had “images of a sexual nature” of his client in their possession. These images, he said earlier this month (echoing comments from Triece herself), were distributed both within the school district and to members of the media.

In a recent tweet, Triece vowed that she wouldn’t “stop talking about this til something changes.”

Complex has reached out to Triece, as well as to her legal representation, for additional comment. This story may be updated.

Of course, it should go without saying that sex work is work and that anyone who still disagrees with that in the year 2023 should make greater efforts at getting a fucking clue.
