The show comes from the Dark Horse Comics series by\u00a0<em>Archie <\/em>writer Alex de Campi.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.complex.com\/tag\/50_cent\" rel=\"noopener\">50 Cent<\/a>\u00a0is working alongside Nicki, with both listed as executive producers. The series will be part of 50\u2019s G-Unit Film &amp; Television\u00a0production company.\u00a0Starburns Industries is the primary animation studio.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2023\/04\/nicki-minaj-animated-series-lady-danger-freevee-curtis-50-cent-jackson-carlton-jordan-crystle-roberson-1235323720\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Deadline<\/a>,\u00a0the story\u00a0takes place in\u00a02075 and follows an \u201cagent who is left for dead by her team after discovering a dangerous secret, only to be resurrected as Lady Danger, an Afrofuturistic ass-kicking Agent of B.O.O.T.I.
