Amiright? Yes. Well, thankfully, <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cheetos.com\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cheetos\u00ae<\/a> is here to help, enlisting chef Matty Matheson and everyone\u2019s favorite rapper Saweetie to show you how to make the perfect Cheesy Cheetos\u00ae Turkey Parm for Thanksgiving. It\u2019s easy! Just grab some turkey cutlets, blitz up some Crunchy Cheetos\u00ae in your food processor, coat, and fry. Then, for an extra cheesy bite, add some sliced mozzarella, <em>plenty <\/em>of Parmigiano Reggiano, and at least a jar (<em>or two!<\/em>) of your favorite red sauce. Wham, the perfect cheesy Cheetos\u00ae Thanksgiving meal you can cook up in less than an hour. That\u2019s a whole lot faster than baking a turkey, and much, much cheesier! Enjoy the crunch!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cheesy Cheetos\u00ae Turkey Parm<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Serves: 4-6 people\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2 Twenty-four Ounce Jars of Your Favorite Red Sauce\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>1 Recipe Stuffing Seasoned Cheetos\u00ae Fried Turkey Cutlets (*See Below)<\/p>\n<p>\u00be Pound Sliced Whole Milk Mozzarella<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc Pound Parmigiano Reggiano\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>6 Sage Leaves (Garnish)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hardware:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fish Spatula<\/p>\n<p>Microplane Grater<\/p>\n<p>Wooden Spoon or Spatula for Sauce\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Small Offset Spatula or Spoon for Tomato paste<\/p>\n<p>Chef’s Knife<\/p>\n<p>Forks for Whisking Eggs<\/p>\n<p>Liquid Measuring Cup\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dry Measuring Cups or Gram Scale<\/p>\n<p>Can Opener<\/p>\n<p>Parchment Paper<\/p>\n<p>Rolling Pin or Meat Mallet to beat cutlets\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Pepper Grinder<\/p>\n<p>Food Processor<\/p>\n<p>3+ Wide Shallow Bowls for Fry Station<\/p>\n<p>2 Cutting Boards for Produce and Meat<\/p>\n<p>Cast Iron Dutch Oven\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Half-Size Sheet Pan<\/p>\n<p>Stainless Steel Tongs<\/p>\n<p>Large Deep Saute or Fry Pan (At Least 10″ Wide)<\/p>\n<p>Mise Ramekins<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Stuffing Seasoned Cheetos\u00ae Fried Turkey Cutlets Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Fifteen Ounce Bag Crunchy Cheetos\u00ae\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>6 Large Sage Leaves\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>2 Three Inch Sprigs Rosemary Leaves Picked<\/p>\n<p>2 Large Sprigs Thyme Leaves Picked<\/p>\n<p>6 Large Eggs<\/p>\n<p>1.5 Cups Cornstarch<\/p>\n<p>2.5 Pounds Turkey Breast, Cut into 8 Ounce portions (\u00bd inch thick)<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd Cup Olive Oil\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedure:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Most turkey breasts are sold as whole pieces, roughly 2.5 to 3 pounds in weight. If you can find a butcher to prepare cutlets for you, wonderful. Ask for 6 eight ounce \u00bc cutlets. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If not…\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Take your turkey breast and trim off any odd bits, then divide it into even portions by weight; around 8 ounces per piece. Depending on the weight of your breast, you may get more and that’s okay!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Place each piece between two pieces of parchment and pound out with a rolling pin, meat mallet, or other blunt instrument until even across and \u00bd inch thick and set aside.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Season turkey breast cutlets with salt and pepper.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In the Food Processor, add Crunchy Cheetos\u00ae, torn sage leaves, and the leaves of your rosemary and thyme and blitz on high until it resembles seasoned bread crumbs.<\/p>\n<p>Set into a large wide bowl, and then in two other bowls add cornstarch and beaten eggs separately.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Add olive oil into the deep frying pan and bring to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Take each individual turkey cutlet and dust into cornstarch, shaking off excess and then dipping into egg and then finishing in Cheetos\u00ae dust.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Fry each piece in oil, and fry until crisp and golden on each side, roughly two minutes per side.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Remove each piece to a sheet tray when finished, arranging pieces so they fit.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Top each piece with \u00bc cup sauce and spread to cover almost to the edge. You will have almost half the sauce left over!
