Yo Gotti Connects With Lil Baby on “Put a Date on It”

It’s Memphis meets Atlanta.
After teasing his 10th studio album at Miami Art Basel last month, Yo Gotti returns with a new single called “Put a Date on It,” featuring 24-year-old MC Lil Baby. The song was produced by June James, and features an energetic instrumental that goes heavy on the brass. You can stream “Put a Date on It” via YouTube above.

Gotti is now gearing up to release the follow-up to his 2017 album I Still Am. He spoke about the forthcoming project in an interview with Billboard last month.
“I think this album is going to be one of my classic albums ever” Gotti said. “I was just telling somebody on my management team that right now I feel more charged than ever. This is how deep the hunger is. I don’t know if it’s just the hustler nature in me or what, but I can’t even explain this shit.”
