Young Nudy and Pi’erre Bourne Connect With 21 Savage on “Mister”
Written by SOURCE on April 24, 2019
Less than a week after dropping his Faded in the Booth project, ATL’s Young Nudy returns with “Mister”—the lead single off his and Pi’erre Bourne‘s collaborative album Sli’merre. The song includes a guest appearance by Nudy’s previous collaborator and cousin 21 Savage.
“Hit Candler Road, put 10 on my ride, get a car, won’t I buy it/Couple n***as out here tryna switch sides, hit a bitch boy, that’s fire,” 21 raps over the mid-tempo beat. “Gang gang ain’t on none of that friendly shit, we ain’t givin’ high fives/ You out here runnin’ yo’ mouth like a pussy cat, but you ain’t got nine lives.”
You can stream “Mister” now on Apple Music/iTunes and Spotify.
Sli’merre is expected to drop May 8.
Nudy was arrested on aggravated assault and gang-related charges this year after he was spotted leaving a performance in DeKalb County, Georgia. 21 was in the vehicle during the targeted operation and was taken into custody by ICE for allegedly overstaying his visa.
The UK-born 21 was released over a week later, and Nudy was released on bond shortly after.
