Nate Smith is the most underrated musician out there! Every song hits where you need it to and some unexpectedly for everyone and the songs truly mean something. His songs aren't just a word salad. They are very well thought through, deep, and meaningful!
I've been lucky to not only see him in concert, but I got to meet him on a whim in Durant, OK for his New Years Eve concert!
I can't wait to see him again in Forth Worth in a few days!

It's cool Nates in therapy. I wish more men understood how it can help them. I don't think any of us get through life without trauma no matter if its family trauma, because of community bullying or if from serious traumatic events. There are several generations that have had to experience school shootings, there are people that have grown up not facing that. Women seek therapy more than men do but it's important to face what you're dealing with. I hope Nate talks about doing therapy at his concerts so it becomes more acceptable for men to seek help.
CONGRATULATIONS Nate for losing weight, that's awesome! I'm older but have lost 45 lbs in the last yr and half and feel so much better having lost the weight. As active as you are it's important to be physically capable to do the stage performance. So happy for you!
